Purchasing a guitar

There are two purchasing options for ordering a guitar.

Option one: Pay the full price on placing your Trent Guitars order.

Option two: Pay 50% at the time of order, securing your guitar. The remaining 50% is paid on completion.

Neither option is prioritised in terms of production lead times. Paying by either option will not affect your position in the production queue as it is determined by the date in which an order is placed.

Cancellations and refunds

Trent Guitars offer a 14 day cooling off period on all guitar orders, this means that you only are eligible for a full refund within that period. Orders beyond the 14 day period are not eligible for a refund.

Lead times

Lead times shown on trentguitars.com are only given as a guide and can change (increase or decrease) at any time. For example, unforeseen circumstances may mean that production can take longer. If production takes longer than the estimated lead time, it does not entitle you to a refund. When you purchase a guitar you’re doing it knowing that it is custom and made to order so will take time to produce.
